一、学校简介Brief Introduction of Jinggangshan University
井冈山大学是江西省人民政府和教育部共同重点支持建设高校，是同济大学对口支援高校，是一所融研究生教育、普通本科教育和留学生教育于一体的全日制综合性公立大学。
Jinggangshan University (JGSU) is a public comprehensive university, jointly run by Chinese Ministry of Education and Jiangxi Provincial Government, pair-assisted by Tongji University in Shanghai. It offers undergraduate education, postgraduate education and international student education.
学校位于中国东南部的江西省吉安市，于1958年创办。现有3个校区，校园面积2458.7亩，教学科研设备总值约4.9余亿元，图书馆藏书225万余册，“三级甲等”直属附属医院1所、非直属附属医院4所。
Founded in 1958, JGSU is located in Ji’an city, Jiangxi Province, southeast of China. It has 3 campuses covering an area of 2458.7 mu. The total value of teaching and research equipment reaches more than RMB 490 million Yuan, and the library has more than 2.25 million books. It also has a 3A affiliated hospital which is directly controlled by the university, 4 non-directly controlled affiliated hospital.
学校设有18个教学学院（部）和3个管理型学院，现有硕士研究生招生专业14个，本科招生专业50个，职教本科招生专业3个。学校现有专任教师1671人，其中教授120人、副教授470人，有硕士及以上学位教职工1531人。学校现有全日制在校本科生、研究生和留学生27000余人，各类成人教育学生2万余人。自2007年招收首批留学生以来，我校共招收留学生1509人，现有留学生323人，生源国41个。
JGSU is composed of 18 teaching schools (1 center) and 3 management schools, offering 14 postgraduate programs, 50 undergraduate majors and 3 vocational undergraduate majors. It currently has a faculty of 1531 people, including 120 professors, 470 associate professors，1531 teachers with master degree and above. JGSU regularly admits full-time registered undergraduate students, postgraduate students and international students, the existing full-time student number surpass 27000. Besides, it has more than 20,000 adult students for continued education. The university has started to recruit international student since 2007, and the number of admitted international students add up to 1509. Currently, there are 323 undergraduate international students who are mainly from 41 countries.
学校坚持开放办学，教育国际化水平稳步提升。学校在江西省2022年度综合考核工作中取得了应用型高校综合考核第一名并位列第一等次的成绩。学校持续深化同济大学与我校的对口支援合作，积极开展师资培训、干部培养；与同济大学、厦门大学、上海体育学院等6所国内著名高校签订了校际合作协议并开展本科生联合培养。学校与美英俄韩日德等20个国家（地区）51所高等院校建立了合作关系，与印度曼格拉姆大学共建首个汉语教学中心，江西省教育厅批准设立了印度研究中心（筹）、井冈山大学印度研究所。
JGSU insists on running the school in an open manner and push the education internationalization course to move upward stably. In 2022, it ranks first in the annual comprehensive assessment work among the application-oriented higher institutions in Jiangxi province. The university continues to deepen the pair-assistance cooperation with Tongji University, actively carry out teacher and cadre training program. So far, it has signed collaborative agreements with six well-known domestic universities, including Tongji University, Xiamen University, and Shanghai Institute of Physical Education, and conducted combined undergraduate training programs. JGSU has established cooperative relationships with 51 institutions of higher learning in 20 countries (regions), including the United States, Britain, Russia, Korea, Japan, and Germany. It has jointly established the first Chinese language teaching center with the University of Mangram in India. A Indian Research Center (in preparation) and the Indian Research Institute of Jinggangshan University had been approved to establish by Jiangxi Provincial Department of Education.
学校医学专业办学历史悠久，有临床医学、口腔医学、中医学、预防医学、药学、护理学、康复治疗学7个医学类本科专业。临床医学和护理学是特色专业，中医学和预防医学为四星专业。2025年临床医学专业和中医学专业均通过了教育部专业认证。生物医药、临床医学和护理获批硕士学位授权点。
JGSU boasts a long history in organizing medical education and has successfully fostered medical talents in 7 undergraduate majors, including clinical medicine, Stomatology, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), preventive medicine, pharmacy, nursing and rehabilitation medicine. Among them, Clinical medicine and nursing enter in the first-class major list at the provincial level, while traditional Chinese medicine and preventive medicine are marked as four-star majors. In 2025, both clinical medicine and traditional Chinese medicine passed the professional certification launched by the Ministry of Education. For the Master’s degree program, the majors of bio-medicine, clinical Medicine and nursing have been officially approved to start postgraduate education.

特别提醒:
以上任一类别（专业）最终录取人数低于30人，学校有权取消开班，已录取学生可自行申请就读其他高校。
Special notice: For any program above, it will not be open if the number of qualified applicants is less than 30. For the admitted students, they can apply for other universities all by themselves.
三、学制设置Length of Schooling
（一）学历生：Degree Program :
1.临床医学本科（汉语授课）专业Clinical Medicine Undergraduate Program(Chinese Medium):
(1)汉语零基础：学制6年。采取“1+5”模式，即第1年学习汉语，第2-6年进入专业学习（含临床实习1年）。
特别提醒：第1年汉语学习结束后，只有达到汉语水平考试（四级及以上）合格标准者，才能进入第2-6年的专业学习。未达到汉语水平要求者，可选择继续学习1年汉语或退学。继续学习1年汉语后，仍未达到汉语水平要求者，一律按照退学处理。
For applicants without HSK4 certificate:the length of schooling is 6 years. University will adopting the teaching mode of “1+5” , that is, for the first year, students are required to study Chinese language; from the second year to the sixth year, students are required to study medicine(including one-year internship, which can be conducted inside or outside China on the condition that the hospital meet the stipulated requirements for internship).
Special notice:After the first year’s Chinese language study, all students must pass HSK 4 level, only by meeting this condition are they allowed to join the remaining 5 years’ Clinical Medicine study including 1-year internship. After the first year’s Chinese language study, if the students are unable to pass HSK4, they can select to continue language study for another one year or drop out of the university. For those who select to do another-one-year’s continuing language study, if fail HSK4 again in the second year, they are required to drop out.
(2) 有HSK4汉语基础：学制5年。若学生有HSK4证书，可直接申请进入第二年医学专业学习，学习年限共计5年。
For applicants with HSK4 certificate:length of schooling is 5 years. Applicants who have passed HSK4 can enter the 2nd year’s medical study directly, the total school duration is 5 years.
2.土木工程本科专业：学制4年
Civil Engineering Undergraduate Program: the length of schooling is 4 years.
3.护理学本科专业：学制4年
Nursing Undergraduate Program: the length of schooling is 4 years.
（二）非学历生：半年制
Non-degree Program:
Chinese Language Program: the length of schooling is half a year.
四、招生对象
Enrollment Targets
（一）学历生：年龄在18周岁至25周岁之间，具有高中及以上文化程度的非中国籍公民。
Degree Program: Aged 18 to 25, with senior high school diplomas or above, non-Chinese citizens.
（二）非学历生：年龄在18周岁至30周岁之间的非中国籍公民，具有高中及以上文化程度者优先录取。
Non-degree Program: Aged 18 to 30, non-Chinese citizens, with senior high school diplomas or above is a plus.

（二）申请条件Application Requirements
1.具有高中（含）以上学历或同等学力（非学历生除外）。
All applicants should hold Senior School (or above) diploma(non-degree program is not required).
2.持有效的外国护照。
All applicants should hold a valid passport.
3.临床医学、护理学本科专业的申请者，高中阶段英语、生物、化学课程单科成绩原则上不低于该门课程总分的60%。
Applicants for Clinical Medicine and Nursing Undergraduate Program should have 60% score or above of the courses in principle, such as English, chemistry and biology.
4.土木工程本科专业的申请者，英语、数学、物理课程单科成绩原则上不低于该门课程总分的60%。
Applicants for Civil Engineering Undergraduate Program should have 60% score or above of the courses in principle, such as English, physics and mathematics.
5.HSK证书（申请5年制汉语授课临床医学专业本科的学生必须提供HSK4及以上证书）。
Applicants for 5-year Clinical Medicine Undergraduate Program(Chinese medium) should offer HSK4 or above certificate.
6.身心健康、品行良好、无犯罪记录。
Applicants should be good in character and holds non-criminal record.
7.遵守中国政府的法律和井冈山大学的规章制度，尊重中国人民的公序良俗。
They will abide by the laws and regulations of Chinese government, obey the university regulations and respect Chinese people’s social custom and habits.
8.在材料审核过程中，学校根据生源情况对申请者择优录取。In the process of reviewing applicants’ documents, the university will prefer to admit those who get higher marks in senior high school education.

4.居住地公安机关提供的无犯罪记录证明或就读学校提供的在校期间表现证明；
Non-criminal record provided by their residence police station or proof of school performance provided by his /her current school.
5.在华个人（含中国人或在中国有固定收入的外国人）或公司的经济担保书；或父母工作单位的收入证明；或银行提供的家庭存款证明。
An economic guarantee by a person (either a Chinese or a foreigner who has a regular job in China) or company, or an income proof from parent’s employed organization, or a bank saving statement of family.
6.体检结果报告单（由正规医院出具）；
Physical examination result from officially recognized hospital.
7.个人证件照（与护照照片一致）。
Photo (The requirements are the same as passport photo).
注：无论申请者是否被我校录取，上述申请材料均不予退回。

七、录取原则与程序Admission Principles and Procedure
（一）录取原则Admission Principles
1.在符合入学基本条件的前提下，学历生的录取按照“分数优先”的原则，从高分到低分依次录取；汉语进修生（非学历生）的录取根据我校收到申请者材料的时间先后顺序依次录取。 On the premise of meeting basic requirements for admission, degree students are enrolled from high to low scores in accordance with the principle of score priority. Non-degree Chinese language program applicants are enrolled successively according to the time we receive their application.
（二）录取程序Admission Procedures
1.材料审核：国际学院负责留学生招生工作人员在分管院领导的指导下，对申请者的材料进行审核，形成拟录取/预录取学生名单送处（院）务会议审定；
Documents Review: under the guidance of school leader who is in charge of students admission work, admission staff review the application documents and draw up the proposed admission name list, which shall subsequently be submitted to the school leading group meeting for validation.
2.录取结果审定：国交处召开处（院）务会议对拟录取/预录取学生名单进行审定，审定通过后形成正式文件报井冈山大学来华留学工作小组组长审批；
Admission Validation: school leading group meeting validate the proposed admission name list, and the formal document that apply for provincial approval is formed and submitted to the leader of university international students admission work leading group for approval.
3.录取结果审批：将井冈山大学来华留学工作小组组长签发的报批文件及拟录取学生的申请材料报送省教育厅、省外事办办理审批手续；
Admission Approval:send the approval document issued by group leader of university international students admission work leading group and application documents of the proposed applicants to provincial Ministry of Education and Foreign Affairs Office, and handle admission approval formalities.
4.寄发录取通知书：录取结果获批后，由国际学院向已录取新生寄发纸质录取通知书及入学须知,并通知学生登录申请邮箱下载电子JW202表。
Send Admission Notice: after the applicants’ admission status is approved, international school will post printed admission notice and registration instruction to the admitted new students, and inform the student to download the JW202 form online via registered application email box.

2.收费说明：（1）除学费、住宿费外，学生还需根据教学所需缴纳教材费，具体金额以实际使用教材的价格为准。（2）所有新生入学后一周内必须向保险公司购买保险，保险费800元/年。逾期不投保的，学校不予注册。（3）已过HSK4申请临床医学专业的新生，可直接进入第二年的专业学习，学费按照同年级临床医学专业第二至第六年的收费标准执行。
Charge explanation: (1)Besides tuition and accommodation fee, students shall pay textbook fee according to the real teaching demand, the amount is subjected to the price of book that used in teaching.(2)All freshmen shall purchase insurance within one week after arriving at the university. Insurance fee is RMB 800 Yuan for one year. The university will refuse to handle registration for those who fail to buy insurance on time.(3) New clinical medicine program student who has HSK4 certificate can skip the first year’s language study period and enter 2nd year’s medical study directly. Their 2nd year-6th year’s fee payment standard is same to that of the same batch of medical students.
（二）奖学金Scholarships (RMB)
井冈山大学是江西省政府奖学金招收来华留学生的执行高校，除获取省政府奖学金外，学校还根据相关规定设立了校级优秀留学生奖学金，用于奖励品学兼优的留学生。
In addition to the Jiangxi Provincial Government Scholarships, the university has also established excellent International Student Scholarship at the university level in accordance with relevant provisions, to reward those who are excellent both in behavior and study.
1.新生入学奖学金：申请我校临床医学、土木工程和护理学3个本科专业的学历生，在江西省政府奖学金评审前已经成功注册并缴清了当年所有费用，可获得20000元的江西省政府奖学金。New international Students Scholarship: Before the provincial government scholarship-winners ’qualification review, Clinical Medicine, Civil Engineering and Nursing freshmen who have paid off the tuition, room fee and other fees of that year can obtain provincial scholarship which amounts to RMB 20000 Yuan.
2.汉语进修生奖学金：入学我校的汉语言进修生，已获得HSK4及以上等级合格证书者且已按期缴清所有费用，学校将会依据入校考核情况，择优给予6000元的进修生奖学金。Chinese Language Scholarship: Chinese language non-degree students who holds qualified Level Four certificate of Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK4) or above, if pay off the fee on time, can obtain a scholarship, the amount of which amounts to RMB 6000 Yuan .
3.优秀留学生奖学金：在校学习期间品学兼优、热心开展第二课堂活动的学历留学生，符合校级奖学金评选条件者，可获得20000元的校级奖学金。Excellent International Student Scholarship: degree students who are good in character and study and bear strong interest in participating extracurricular activities can apply for scholarship at university level during their schooling. If meet the scholarship-winning requirements, they can get university level scholarship of various grades, the amount of which amounts to RMB 20000 Yuan for each year.
特别提醒：江西省政府奖学金的最终资助名额，以江西省教育厅实际批准的金额为准。
