一、学校简介
井冈山大学是江西省人民政府和教育部共同重点支持建设高校，是同济大学对口支援高校，是一所融研究生教育、普通本科教育和留学生教育于一体的全日制综合性公立大学。
学校位于中国东南部的江西省吉安市，于1958年创办。现有3个校区，校园面积2458.7亩，教学科研设备总值约4.2余亿元，图书馆藏书214万余册，“三级甲等”直属附属医院1所、非直属附属医院4所。
学校设有15个教学学院（部）和3个管理型学院，现有本科招生专业50个，职教本科招生专业4个。学校现有专任教师1279人，其中教授135人、副教授422人，博士359人。现有全日制在校本科生22487人，硕士研究生174人，另有各类成人教育学生1万余人。自2007年招收首批留学生以来，我校共招收留学生1140人，现有留学生209人，生源国15个。
学校坚持开放办学，教育国际化水平稳步提升。2022年，学校在全国校友会排名中位居第287位。学校持续深化同济大学与我校的对口支援合作，积极开展师资培训、干部培养；与同济大学、厦门大学、上海体育学院等6所国内著名高校签订了校际合作协议并开展本科生联合培养。学校与美英俄韩日德等17个国家（地区）39所高等院校建立了合作关系，与印度曼格拉姆大学共建首个汉语教学中心，江西省教育厅批准设立了印度研究中心（筹）、井冈山大学印度研究所。

特别提醒:
以上任一类别（专业）最终录取人数低于20人，学校有权取消开班，已录取学生可自行申请就读其他高校。
三、学制设置
（一）学历生：
1.临床医学本科（汉语授课）专业：学制6年
采取“1+5”模式，即第1年学习汉语，第2-6年进入专业学习（含临床实习1年）。
特别提醒：第1年汉语学习结束后，只有达到汉语水平考试（四级及以上）合格标准者，才能进入第2-6年的专业学习。未达到汉语水平要求者，可选择继续学习1年汉语或退学。继续学习1年汉语后，仍未达到汉语水平要求者，一律按照退学处理。
2.土木工程本科专业：学制4年
3.护理学本科专业：学制4年
（二）非学历生：半年制、1年制
四、招生对象
（一）学历生：年龄在18周岁至25周岁之间，具有高中及以上文化程度的非中国籍公民。
（二）非学历生：年龄在18周岁至59周岁之间的非中国籍公民，具有高中及以上文化程度者优先录取。
五、申请时间与入学条件
（一）申请时间
1.临床医学本科（汉语授课）专业（学历生）：春季班申请截止时间为2023年4月30日；秋季班申请截止时间为2023年8月31日。
2.土木工程本科专业（学历生）：申请截止时间为2023年8月31日。
3.护理学本科专业（学历生）：申请截止时间为2023年8月31日。
4.汉语进修（非学历）：春季班申请截止时间为2023年4月30日；秋季班截止时间为2023年8月31日。
（二）申请条件
1.具有高中（含）以上学历或同等学力（非学历生除外）；
2.持有效的外国护照；
3.临床医学本科专业的申请者，高中阶段英语、生物、化学课程单科成绩原则上不低于该门课程总分的60%；
4.土木工程本科专业的申请者，英语、数学、物理课程单科成绩原则上不低于该门课程总分的60%；
5.护理学本科专业的申请者，英语、生物、化学课程单科成绩原则上不低于该门课程总分的60%；
7.身心健康、品行良好、无犯罪记录；
8.遵守中国政府的法律和井冈山大学的规章制度，尊重中国人民的公序良俗。
9.在材料审核过程中，学校根据生源情况对申请者择优录取。
六、申请所需材料与申请方式
（一）申请所需材料
1.《井冈山大学来华留学生入学申请表》（登录网站https://ice.jgsu.edu.cn/lhlx/lxszs/下载并填写）；
2.高中或高中以上（或同等学历）毕业证书及成绩单；
3.有效护照（扫描或复印件）；
4.居住地公安机关提供的无犯罪记录证明或就读学校提供的在校期间表现证明；
5.在华个人（含中国人或在中国有固定收入的外国人）或公司的经济担保书；或父母工作单位的收入证明；或银行提供的家庭存款证明。
6.体检结果报告单（由正规医院出具）；
7.个人证件照（与护照照片一致）。
注：无论申请者是否被我校录取，上述申请材料均不予退回。

七、录取原则与程序
（一）录取原则
1.在符合入学基本条件的前提下，学历生的录取按照“分数优先”的原则，从高分到低分依次录取；汉语进修生（非学历生）的录取根据我校收到申请者材料的时间先后顺序依次录取。
（二）录取程序
1.材料审核：国际学院负责留学生招生工作人员在分管院领导的指导下，对申请者的材料进行审核，形成拟录取/预录取学生名单送处（院）务会议审定；
2.录取结果审定：国交处召开处（院）务会议对拟录取/预录取学生名单进行审定，审定通过后形成正式文件报井冈山大学来华留学工作小组组长审批；
3.录取结果审批：将井冈山大学来华留学工作小组组长签发的报批文件以及拟录取/预录取学生的JW202表报送省教育厅、省外事办办理审批手续；
4.寄发录取/预录取通知书：录取/预录取结果获批后，由国际学院向已录取/预录取新生寄发通知书、JW202表以及入学须知。

2. 收费说明：①除学费、住宿费外，学生还需根据教学所需缴纳教材费，具体金额以实际使用教材的价格为准。②所有新生入学后一周内必须向保险公司购买保险，保险费800元/年。逾期不投保的，学校不予注册。
（二）奖学金
井冈山大学是江西省政府奖学金招收来华留学生的执行高校，除获取省政府奖学金外，学校还根据相关规定设立了校级优秀留学生奖学金，用于奖励品学兼优的留学生。
1.江西省政府奖学金：申请我校土木工程和护理学2个本科专业的学历生，在江西省政府奖学金评审前已经成功注册并缴清了当年所有费用，可获得10000-20000元不等的江西省政府奖学金。
2.汉语优秀奖学金：进入专业学习前，已获得HSK4及以上等级合格证书者，视合格证书的等级给予1000-4000元不等的奖学金。
3. 优秀留学生奖学金：在校学习期间品学兼优、热心开展第二课堂活动的学历留学生，符合校级奖学金评选条件者，可获得2000-10000元不等的校级奖学金。
4.在我校学习汉语并获得HSK4及以上等级合格证书的非学历生，结业后被我校正式录取攻读学历教育者，优先享受江西省政府奖学金资助。
特别提醒：江西省政府奖学金的最终资助名额，以江西省教育厅实际批准的金额为准。

Jinggangshan University Enrollment Programs for Foreign Students (2023)
I.Brief Introduction of Jinggangshan University
Jinggangshan University (JGSU) is a public comprehensive university, jointly run by Chinese Ministry of Education and Jiangxi Provincial Government, pair-assisted by Tongji University in Shanghai. It offers undergraduate education, graduate education and international student education.
Founded in 1958, JGSU is located in Ji’an city, Jiangxi Province, southeast of China. It has 3 campuses covering an area of 2458.7 mu. The total value of teaching and research equipment reaches more than RMB 420 million Yuan, and the library has more than 2.14 million books. It also has a 3A affiliated hospital which is directly controlled by the university, 4 non-directly controlled affiliated hospital and 1 Ji’an Municipal Medical Health School.
JGSU is composed of 15 teaching schools (1 center) and 3 management schools, offering 50 undergraduate majors and 4 vocational undergraduate majors. It currently has a faculty of 1279 people, including 135 professors, 422 associate professors，359 teachers with doctoral degree. JGSU has 22487 full-time registered undergraduate students, 174 postgraduate students and more than 10,000 adult students for continued education. The university has started to recruit international student since 2007, and the number of admitted students add up to 1140 people. Currently, there are 209 undergraduate international students who are mainly from 15 countries.
JGSU insists on running the school in an open manner and push the education internationalization course to move upward stably. In 2022, it locates at the 287th place among the University ranking list made by Chinese University Alumni Association. The university continues to deepen the pair-assistance cooperation with Tongji University, actively carry out teacher and cadre training program. So far, it has signed collaborative agreements with six well-known domestic universities, including Tongji University, Xiamen University, and Shanghai Institute of Physical Education, and conducted combined undergraduate training programs. JGSU has established cooperative relationships with 39 institutions of higher learning in 17 countries (regions), including the United States, Britain, Russia, Korea, Japan, and Germany. It has jointly established the first Chinese language teaching center with the University of Mangram in India. A Indian Research Center (in preparation) and the Indian Research Institute of Jinggangshan University had been approved to establish by Jiangxi Provincial Department of Education.
II. Enrollment Categories, Majors and Plans

Special notice: For any program above, it will not be open if the number of qualified applicants is less than 20. For the admitted students, they can apply for other universities all by themselves.
Ⅲ. Length of Schooling
3.1 Degree Program :
3.1.1 Clinical Medicine Undergraduate Program(Chinese Medium): the length of schooling is 6 years. University will adopting the teaching mode of “1+5” , that is, for the first year, students are required to study Chinese language; from the second year to the sixth year, students are required to study medicine(including one-year internship, which can be conducted inside or outside China on the condition that the hospital meet the stipulated requirements for internship).
Special notice:
After the first year’s Chinese language study, all students must pass HSK 4 level, only by meeting this condition are they allowed to join the remaining 5 years’ Clinical Medicine study including 1-year internship. After the first year’s Chinese language study, if the students are unable to pass HSK4, they can select to continue language study for another one year or drop out of the university. For those who select to do another-one-year’s continuing language study, if fail HSK4 again in the second year, they are required to drop out.
3.1.2 Civil Engineering Undergraduate Program: the length of schooling is 4 years.
3.1.3 Nursing Undergraduate Program: the length of schooling is 4 years.
3.2 Non-degree Program:
Chinese Language Program: the length of schooling includes half a year and one year.
IV. Enrollment Targets
4.1 Degree Program: Aged 18 to 25, with senior high school diplomas or above, non-Chinese citizens.
4.2 Non-degree Program: Aged 18 to 59, non-Chinese citizens, with senior high school diplomas or above is a plus.
V. Application Time and Requirements
5.1 Application Time
5.1.1 Clinical Medicine Undergraduate Program(Chinese Medium): The deadline for Spring Program is April 30th, 2023 and August 31st , 2023 for Autumn Program.
5.1.2 Civil Engineering Undergraduate Program: The deadline is August 31st , 2023.
5.1.3 Nursing Undergraduate Program: The deadline is August 31st , 2023.
5.1.4 Chinese Language Program: The deadline for Spring Program is April 30th, 2023 and August 31st , 2023 for Autumn Program.
5.2 Application Requirements
5.2.1 All applicants should hold a valid passport, Senior School (or above) diploma(non-degree program is not required), be healthy physically and mentally, be good in character and holds non-criminal record. They will abide by the laws and regulations of Chinese government, obey the university regulations and respect Chinese people’s social custom and habits.
5.2.2 Applicants for Clinical Medicine Undergraduate Program should have 60% score or above of the courses in principle, such as English, chemistry and biology.
5.2.3 Applicants for Civil Engineering Undergraduate Program should have 60% score or above of the courses in principle, such as English, physics and mathematics.
5.2.4 Applicants for Nursing Undergraduate Program should have 60% score or above of the courses in principle, such as English, chemistry and biology.
5.2.5 In the process of reviewing applicants’ documents, the university will prefer to admit those who get higher marks in senior high school education.

6.1.2 The senior high school or above diplomas and the transcripts
6.1.3 Valid passport (scanned copy or photocopy)
6.1.4Non-criminal record provided by their residence police station or proof of school performance provided by his /her current school.
6.1.5 An economic guarantee by a person (either a Chinese or a foreigner who has a regular job in China) or company, or an income proof from parent’s employed organization, or a bank saving statement of family.
6.1.6 Physical examination result from officially recognized hospital.
6.1.7 Photo (The requirements are the same as passport photo).

Ⅶ. Admission Principles and Procedure
7.1 Admission Principles
On the premise of meeting basic requirements for admission, degree students are enrolled from high to low scores in accordance with the principle of score priority. Non-degree Chinese language program applicants are enrolled successively according to the time we receive their application.
7.2 Admission Procedures
7.2.1 Documents Review: under the guidance of school leader who is in charge of students admission work, admission staff review the application documents and draw up the proposed admission name list, which shall subsequently be submitted to the school leading group meeting for validation.
7.2.2 Admission Validation: school leading group meeting validate the proposed admission name list, and the formal document that apply for provincial approval is formed and submitted to the leader of university international students admission work leading group for approval.
7.2.3 Admission Approval:send the approval document issued by group leader of university international students admission work leading group and JW202 forms of the proposed applicants to provincial Ministry of Education and Foreign Affairs Office, and handle admission approval formalities.
7.2.4 Send Admission Notice: after the applicants’ admission status is approved, international school will post admission notice, JW202 form and registration instruction to the admitted new students.

8.1.2Charge Descriptions:
8.1.2.1 Besides tuition and accommodation fee, students shall pay textbook fee according to the real teaching demand, the amount is subjected to the price of book that used in teaching.
8.1.2.2All freshmen shall purchase insurance within one week after arriving at the university. Insurance fee is RMB 800 Yuan for one year. The university will refuse to handle registration for those who fail to buy insurance on time.
8.2 Scholarships (RMB)
In addition to the Jiangxi Provincial Government Scholarships, the university has also established excellent International Student Scholarship at the university level in accordance with relevant provisions, to reward those who are excellent both in behavior and study.
8.2.1Jiangxi Provincial Government Scholarship: Before the provincial government scholarship-winners ’qualification review, Civil Engineering and Nursing freshmen who have paid off the tuition, room fee and other fees of that year can obtain provincial scholarship which amounts to RMB 10000 Yuan to RMB 20000 Yuan.
8.2.2 Chinese Language Scholarship: before joining specialty study, any freshman who holds qualified Level Four certificate of Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK4) or above can obtain a scholarship, the amount of which varies from RMB 1000 Yuan to RMB 4000 Yuan in accordance with the certificate grade.
8.2.3 Excellent International Student Scholarship: degree students who are good in character and study and bear strong interest in participating extracurricular activities can apply for scholarship at university level during their schooling. If meet the scholarship-winning requirements, they can get university level scholarship of various grades, the amount of which ranges from RMB 2000 Yuan to RMB 10000 Yuan for each year.
8.2.4 Those Non-degree Chinese language program students who succeeds in applying for a seat of degree program in our university and pass HSK4 after the complement of language program study will be given priority to obtain the provincial government scholarship.
Special notice:
The seats of Provincial Scholarship-Winner are finally decided by the scholarship amount approved by the Education Department of Jiangxi Province.
